The property offers 2 self catering luxury apartments, which sleep 4 to 5 in each, and have a main staircase connecting both. The apartments can be rented as one or individually. They both overlook the pool and the sea. The large swimming pool (22 metres) offers ample room for lengths but also has the benefit of a large shallow end for children. There are 2 tennis courts, one with a back wall ideal for practicing before those big matches!!!

Facilities:

Each apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, with wood burning stove, television, DVD player and stereo. The kitchens offer all the basic modern conveniences including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave.

The apartments have 2 large bedrooms in each, with en-suite bathrooms. The top apartment’s master bedroom has French doors leading straight down to the swimming pool. Both apartments have a terrace with BBQ and wooden teak furniture and the big terrace around the swimming pool has hammocks, a wooden climbing frame and toys, and is ideal for children to run around.

The owners, David and Claire are long time residents in Malaga and fluent French, Spanish and English is spoken, so any questions can be answered in your own language. Claire also provides homemade meals and cakes for children and adults if desired, and can also do your first supermarket shop, so that upon arrival, you can get straight into the holiday mood without worrying about dashing out to the shops.
